Member Site and Product Information

How can I access the member site?

Step 1: Go to Radical Healing Journey at: http://members.radicalhealingjourney.com

Step 2: Log in with your email and password (Your login details are sent in the confirmation email after purchase)

Step 3: Immediately after logging in you will be able to access the program you purchased

How many times can I access my member site and download my programs?

You have unlimited access to your library and to download your programs and bonuses.

How do I retrieve my password if I forgot, lost or never received it?

Step 1: If you have lost, forgotten (it happens to all of us at some point) or never received a password to access your purchases, please go to the following link to retrieve it: http://members.radicalhealingjourney.com

Step 2: Type your e-mail address, then click “Forgot password”

After that, our system will send you an email with your password.

NOTE: If you have more than one email account, make sure that you write down the email that you used during the purchase process.

Does Radical Healing Journey replace the need for medical treatment?

The user experiences displayed on this page are a small sample of the thousands of accounts sent to us through emails or letters by people who have been students of Brandon Bays.
Please know each person is unique so we cannot guarantee that you will replicate these results. We strongly recommend that you try this program yourself and discover what your own personal journey has to teach you.

Who is this program for? Do I need a specific background to take the training?

The course is designed for people who are just starting with cellular healing and you will be guided through the theory and the exercises in a very conscious way. We want to make sure that you get the highest and the best outcome and that you would be able to deal with the various issues that might be arising even in the comfort of your own home. The people taking this course are from a wide variety of backgrounds and professions – doctors, medical professionals, teachers, parents, business executives, social workers, students, retired workers in fact anyone who has a longing to heal their everyday life, to wake up, take the lid off and live life to the full! Is there a payment plan?

How to view my transaction history on PayPal?

Step 1: Sign in to your account and click on HISTORY. Choose Advanced Search from the drop down menu.

Step 2: Key in your Unique PayPal Transaction ID (the one generated by PayPal that you receive when you purchased you item) on the Search Button and choose Transaction ID.

Step 3: Hit “SEARCH” You will now be able to view your transaction details on PayPal

How is billing processed for PayPal?

When you sign-up for a Paypal account, you can link your bank account, debit card, or credit card to your PayPal account. Then, you must sign a Billing Agreement. This allows us to retrieve payments directly from your PayPal account. What will my charges on the credit card look like?

All purchases on this website are processed by us – Marugata LLC. We run this website, and publish the product featured on it. On your credit card statement you will see a charge from Marugata LLC

What program can I use to play MP4 audio/video files?

If MP4 files cannot be read by your audio/video programs installed in your computer, you can download this handy application to play any type of video file. It is free, easy and fast.

PROBLEMS WITH AUDIO OR VIDEO

I can’t get the program videos to play on my computer?

Depending on your Internet connection and speed, most of the videos in the Radical Healing Journey program may take a minute or two to start playing. This is due to the length of the videos that are around 30-40 minutes long.

To ensure a smoother video playback, after you’ve clicked the play button, please pause the video and wait for 10-15 minutes for the video to load.
If you can’t see the video player, please update your computer with the latest Flash player. To download the latest version of Adobe Flash click the link below: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Alternatively you can always download the video so you can watch the video without having to wait for the video to load each time you want to watch it. Below each video player you will two download options for you to choose from.
